Good news! In what seems to be a developing trend, Target will now offer to cover 100% of the costs of tuitions and books for full and part-time employees in the US. Last week we saw a similar announcement from Walmart, and now target looks to be following suit, Chipotle and Starbucks also have similar programs in place.

Target will roll out the program this fall and it will cover over 40 approved institutions, also funding up to $10,000 each year for master’s degrees from these schools. Target plans to invest $200 million into the program over the next four years in a bid retain current talent and attract new workers.
