Good news! Simone Biles has gifted a new electric wheelchair to her teammate and friend Suni Lee's father. John Lee suffered a spinal cord injury in 2019 after falling from a ladder while helping a friend trim a tree. In the two years since the injury he has been using a manual wheelchair to get around. Simone surprised him with a new electric version that should make mobility a little easier.

Simone surprised John Lee with a video message on the Today Show. "Hi Mr. Lee, it's Simone. I love your daughter, Suni, so much and I know how much she loves you. You have done some much for her so I reached out to my friends at the Today Show to see if we could do something special for you. Hope you like it."
