In October of 2016 the Stewart’s purchased Hockhockson Farm with plans to create their sanctuary and just received approval to do so this January. The animal sanctuary is scheduled to be open to the public sometime next year.
The location will be a partnership with Farm Sanctuary and their three related sites in New York and California. The first rescues were a pair of pigs but they have now been joined by goats, chicken, cows, and sheep.
